These figurines are "The Lovers". The dimension of the figurines are 11" tall x 7.5" wide. The lady is sitting down while the man is standing beside her leaning down holding a flower blossom in his hand to decorate her hair. I think Master Lin is trying to accentuate the difference between the man and the woman through the coloring and posture.
More... The man has a much darker skin and his posture is very masculine as well. On the other hand, the lady is as white as a snow that symbolizes purity and her posture is very demure with her holding the fan while the man is courting her. Overall great contrast and well made figurine set.

It also comes in a custom made gift box and certificate of authenticity.
