This magnificent Geisha Dancer figurine is the companion figurine for the Lady Geisha. She is playing a small drum and dancing at the same time. I really like her picture perfect posture as if she is frozen in time as she dance to the rythmn of her drum beat. This figurine is about 11" x 7" Wide.
More... Similar to the Lady Geisha figurine, she is wearing the traditional Geisha's make-up in thick white base with red lipstick and prominent blush on both cheeks. Her lovely sky blue kimono has many elaborate leaves patterns on it with a brown sash (obi) around her waist tied in a butterfly knot around her back. She also wears the traditional flat-soled sandal, zori, with a tabi (white split-toed socks). Her hairstyles are decorated with elaborate hair-combs and hairpins (kanzashi).

This special edition figurine is definitely one of a kind and I am very excited to be the first to feature her in my store.
